Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day financial activities on site.
  • Record site expenses and ensure timely submission of reports to head office.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records of cash flow.
  • Process invoices, verify bills, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Prepare site-level financial reports, including expense tracking and budget variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Assist with audits and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for reconciliation and reporting.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in site-level financial management, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities on site.
