Construction Site Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the elevator industry, specifically in construction or installation. They should be able to manage and supervise teams, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and installing jobs efficiently
  • Supervising and monitoring site activities
  • Managing subcontractors and their teams
  • Preparing monthly projections for job completion and inspection
  • Monitoring site activity and preliminary site preparation
  • Planning tools and manpower for projects
  • Ensuring site safety and quality control
  • Controlling project costs
  • Coordinating with various departments
  • Customer interaction

Environmental Health and Safety:

Support EH&S efforts and ensure implementation of EH&S management systems and local standards.

Participate and facilitate employee participation in EH&S training and TBT as per EH&S plan.

Conduct EH&S inspections/audits and complete corrective actions within targeted dates.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/BE in Engineering
  • 6-8 years of experience in handling construction in the elevator industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle high-profile customers

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the elevator industry
