Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee daily site operations, ensure quality control and manage civil and structural engineering tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining communication with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers and engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Manage civil and structural engineering tasks, including inspection, testing and certification of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress, including time sheets, attendance and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance project efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience in on-site construction management and quality control is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and teams is necessary.
  • Background in Structural Engineering and expertise in Civil Engineering is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously is essential.
  • Familiarity with emerging tech-based project management tools is beneficial.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
