We are seeking a talented AI Developer to join our team and lead the development of advanced voice AI systems and intelligent agents. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy innovative AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments, proficiency in API design, and hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering. Additionally, they should be proficient in generative AI frameworks and tools, have demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation.

  • Develop and maintain AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents
  • Build low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiences
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages, knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs, and familiarity with vector databases. Preferred qualifications include experience in Healthcare or financial services industry, experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents, and contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work.
