Job Title: GenAI Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI architect to lead the development of our next-generation AI system.

Responsibilities:
  • Architecture Design: Develop the architecture of AI systems, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with overall architectural vision.
  • Implementation Strategy: Implement major and complex parts of AI products through strategic planning and effective resource allocation.
  • Timely Delivery: Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate complete development of AI products to meet business objectives.
  • Product Releases: Oversee product releases, pre-plan infrastructure scaling as needed to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Leadership: Communicate clear goals, provide constructive feedback, manage, coach, and support engineering teams to achieve collective success.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high code quality standards through regular design and code reviews to ensure efficient and reliable AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
