AI Systems Developer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AI Systems Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building advanced LLM-driven agentic systems with memory, multi-step planning, and tool invocation capabilities.

  • We require 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML with hands-on exposure to LLMs and agentic AI development.
  • A strong Python programming background for building AI workflows, APIs, and integrations is essential.
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen is highly desirable.
  • You should have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced LLM-driven agentic systems with memory, multi-step planning, and tool invocation capabilities.
  • Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns to coordinate LLMs with APIs, scrapers, and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate problem statements into intelligent automation flows.
  • Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to production-ready pipelines with Docker, FastAPI, and Git.
  • Stay updated with the latest innovations in LLM reasoning, agent architectures, and open-source tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering roles, with recent focus on LLM-based systems.
  • A strong understanding of LLM prompting, tool chaining, memory management, and agent planning frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thought).
  • Familiar with containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and version control systems (Git).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
