Finance Professional Job Opening

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations, including General Ledger, Reconciliations, Taxation, and support for audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle journal entries, ledger postings, reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, and accurate financial data for monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and assist in variance analysis as directed by the Manager.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and journal entries.
  • Good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical conduct and data confidentiality.
