Travel Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our vibrant team in Vadodara.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unforgettable travel experiences and be well-versed in designing customized domestic and international itineraries.

  1. Design Customized Itineraries: Develop personalized travel plans that cater to clients' unique needs and preferences.
  2. Handle Customer Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  3. Process Bookings: Ensure seamless processing of bookings, including hotels, tours, flights, and other travel arrangements.
  4. Collaborate with Suppliers: Foster strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth coordination and execution of travel plans.
  5. Prepare Accurate Costings: Generate detailed quotations and estimates for clients based on their travel requirements.
  6. Maintain Package Listings: Regularly update package listings on web portals to ensure accuracy and availability.
  7. Drive Sales: Proactively engage with clients and potential customers to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  8. Stay Industry-Aware: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead in the field.
