Job Title: Product Engineering Manager

We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader to oversee the development of new and emerging product lines.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, product managers, developers, quality analysts, and infrastructure specialists to establish a robust product engineering process.

This role requires someone who is reasonably hands-on and can take charge of end-to-end product engineering requirements for multiple product lines.

  • Create a product roadmap for your team and drive execution in collaboration with strategy, product, and business teams.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor on architecture, design, and technical aspects of products.
  • Identify and deploy the right tools, frameworks, techniques, and processes to help product engineers work efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed time frames.
  • Own all non-functional requirements for products.
  • Contribute to the selection and hiring of product engineering team members.
  • Responsible for product development (full stack) and release, including architecture, design, development, and testing within agreed time frames.

  • Adept at using off-the-shelf software components rather than building everything from scratch.
