The Role of a Senior Project Manager in Engineering

As a senior project manager in engineering, you will lead the execution of large and complex projects across various sectors. Your primary goal is to ensure that engineering deliverables meet client expectations, project requirements, and quality standards while adhering to cost and schedule constraints.

You will act as the technical authority and primary interface for engineering matters between clients and the company. Your responsibilities include coordinating multi-disciplinary engineering teams and ensuring integration across all project phases.

Key Attributes / Skills:

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional leadership and coordination skills to manage multiple teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical conflicts effectively.

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required, and PMP certification or equivalent project management training is an advantage.
