Senior Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to support our Agile software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities by collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and distribute project documentation including sprint plans, product backlogs, user stories, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress, impediments, and dependencies; escalate issues and coordinate resolution to maintain project velocity and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and coordinate project ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
