Operations Executive, SSD 3P Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Executive to join our team.

  • Monitoring and analyzing operations performance at multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive program initiatives
  • Utilizing data insights to identify patterns and disruptions in operations
  • Developing and implementing improvements to increase quality, productivity, and efficiency

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Monitoring: Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest/implement improvements
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plan, HC planning, Quality metrics, and other parameters
  • Liaison Role: Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy
  • Site Visits: Visit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms
  • Auditing: Conduct monthly audits of 3P sites
  • Regular Site Visits: Visit all assigned sites at least once a month
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of customer-facing environment experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English speaking, writing, and reading skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Excel experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in SSD Operations
