Job Title: Senior Fund Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Fund Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about fund administration and legal entity management.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our funds, including setting up and maintaining entities, executing data cleanup activities, and performing regular reconciliations and validations between platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Entity Management & Platform Administration

You will work closely with our legal teams to ensure that all entities are properly set up and maintained, and that our systems are accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the reconciliation process.

  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation

As a Senior Fund Operations Specialist, you will have a strong focus on establishing and following systematic procedures to ensure the integrity of our data. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining workflow diagrams and process documentation, and for leading process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Fund Operations & Structure Management

You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and to develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing guidance on complex entity management issues.

  • Process Improvement & Documentation

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.)
