As a Human Resources Generalist at Black Box, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's HR operations. The HRSS department is responsible for providing operational support to internal stakeholders, and this role will be a key part of that effort.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling HR transactions, such as processing employee data changes, managing system administration, and delivering HR services.
  • Providing support to employees with issues related to leave of absence, benefits, and system access.
  • Maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong stakeholder service skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships. You should also be process-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in HR shared services or operations, preferably in a large, complex organization. You should have a strong knowledge of HR systems and processes, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
