Position Summary

The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources team in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge of HR operations and develop key skills needed for a career in human resources.

Core Responsibilities

Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support Office supplies and coordination as well administrative function
Assist in organizing HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
Work on attendance documentation, and support the coordinator role
Handle employee queries and support HR operations as needed.
Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Help with drafting and updating job descriptions as per company requirements.
Assist in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments to facilitate HR-related activities.
Participate in maintaining and improving the company's employer branding initiatives.

Experience And Qualifications

Maximum 6 months of experience and completed a Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
