We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale data systems. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in designing and implementing petabyte-scale lakehouse architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and high-throughput data applications and services using Java and relevant frameworks.
  • Develop and optimize streaming pipelines using Kafka, Pulsar, and Flink for structured and unstructured data processing.
  • Leverage expertise in Apache Iceberg and Delta Lake for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with modern data warehouses and query engines like Trino and Spark.
  • Manage diverse data workloads across RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB) systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across multi-tenant systems.
