This is a leadership role that involves spearheading the build-out of our India Development Center from the ground up. The successful candidate will own the architecture and technical strategy for scalable e-commerce platforms serving both B2B and B2C customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 14 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 12 years of experience in leading teams of 30+
- A strong background in the E-commerce domain, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience working on web and mobile applications for B2B and B2C customers
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Guiding architectural decisions and leading engineering excellence across the board
- Collaborating with global product and design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Building performant, secure, and modular systems for web and mobile applications
We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.
