Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Advertising Professional to drive success across our product portfolios through data-driven strategies and high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces
  • Conduct in-depth research to optimise campaigns, including competitor and keyword analysis
  • Create, manage, and analyse ad campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and external communications
  • Collaborate with creative teams on high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay updated on industry policies, best practices, and emerging trends

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions
  • Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms
  • Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations
  • Strategic mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
