We bring professional expertise to complement on-ground political strength, helping leaders and parties achieve lasting electoral and administrative impact.

As a Senior Associate, you will work with our multidisciplinary team of professionals, including engineers, consultants, policy specialists, and data scientists, united by a common mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong client relationships and manage activities like media coordination, developing media briefs, documenting feedback structures, and creating a media network for national projects.
  • Work towards setting media narratives and agendas for public debate on politics, extending reach-out to journalists at state/national levels for media coordination and interactions.
  • Build a healthy media network with representatives at national, state, and district levels, representing the organisation or client in a confident, humble, and professional manner.
  • Regularly participate in identifying narrative points and producing content for social and digital media channels, including client properties.
  • Develop narrative and communication goals, objectives, and plans to drive overall media strategy.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, creative, and engaging inputs that positively impact the flow of narrative in mainstream media.
  • Measure and present results of media narrative shaping efforts.
