### Job Description: Certified Trainer for Supervisor Decorative Painter

**Organization:** Paint and Coating Skill Council

**Position:** Certified Trainer - Supervisor Decorative Painter

**Key Responsibilities:**

Conduct training sessions as per the RPL program guidelines.

Assess and evaluate participants' skills and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure all training materials and resources are used effectively.

Maintain attendance and performance records of participants.

Address any queries or concerns from participants during the workshop.

Adhere to the workshop schedule and ensure timely completion of all sessions.

**Requirements:**

Certification as a Supervisor Decorative Painter.

Proven minimum 2 years of experience in training or supervising in the painting and coating industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate participants.

Knowledge of the latest techniques and best practices in decorative painting.

Willingness to travel to various locations.
