Job Description

This role is part of a global team that creates memorable customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will work seamlessly with the team to build and support a reliable application suite for the environment in order to meet development and maintenance requirements.

Key responsibilities include executing incident, change management, and problem management processes.

Additionally, the candidate will provide consultation and direct technical support in life cycle planning, problem management, integration, and systems programming.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong troubleshooting ability required
  • Able to understand architecture and design of applications and identify or narrow focus for an incident based on symptoms
  • Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems
