Job Title: Payroll and Administration Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Administration Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, leave management, and general administration.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire payroll process from outsourcing to compliance
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, joining, and exit formalities
  • Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle general administration tasks such as hotel booking, travel arrangements, canteen services, housekeeping, security, and vendor management
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
