Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the organization. This includes recruitment and placements, compensation management, training and development, employee relations, and soft skills development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Placements: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Compensation Management: Design and analyze CTC, PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, and PT.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on resume preparation, performance management systems, and soft skills development.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with employees.
  • Soft Skills Development: Foster communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, adaptability, and leadership skills among employees.
