Senior SAP Business Process Transformation Expert

You will be part of our advisory and implementation services team, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business process transformations for customers across industries.
Your role involves providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to evaluate, design, and configure business processes aligned with industry standards. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and drive customer transformation.
In your day-to-day work, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients at middle and top management levels
- Implement subscription order management and customer engagement processes for Utilities, Professional Services, Public Sector, Hi-Tech, Telco Industries
- Conduct workshops to demonstrate end-to-end customer service processes triggered by Subscription Order Management (SOM) and Customer Engagement (CE)
- Prepare business process design documents, functional specifications, and configuration documents for project requirements
- Design and configure Interaction Centers for various processes such as managing master data, products, product bundles, Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC), and transactions for customer service processes
- Support knowledge sharing initiatives and identify training needs for strategic areas
- Define and maintain consulting services definitions and maintenance, and service delivery to customers
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements, current solution landscapes, and propose new solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from a customer perspective
You bring a minimum of 10 years' experience, with 3-4 years in a lead SAP SOM/CE/Customer Service Consultant role. You are an expert in designing and delivering end-to-end customer service processes for cross-industry customers, skilled in managing senior customers and internal stakeholders, and analytical, self-motivated, and enjoy problem-solving.
You also possess:
- In-depth knowledge of the cross-industry domain and experience working in Utilities, Telco, Professional Services industries
- Experience in implementing S/4HANA for SAP SOM/CE solution for cross-industry customers
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Customer Service processes, Subscription Order Management, Master Data model, Complex Product, Product Catalogue design and configuration, AVC, Contract Management, Interaction Center Web Client, Financial Customer Care, Customer Fact Sheet
- Deep understanding of SAP's S/4HANA SOM/CE solution and service offerings, including packaged solutions
- Experience working with regulated/de-regulated market environments
- Clear alignment and cooperation across Client and SAP teams
- Experience in gathering requirements from Customers, preparing Business Process Design Documents, configuring systems, and preparing functional specifications and project-relevant documentation
- Innovation mindset in identifying and developing new cross-customer topics
- Bachelor's Degree - Master's degree preferred but not required
- Certification on SAP BRIM/Utilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, please note that actual salaries may vary depending on factors like location, experience, and qualifications.
