Your Role
As a Strategic Process Transformation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA BRIM Subscription Order Management / Customer Engagement, you will provide advisory and implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end-to-end business processes aligned with industry standards for SOM / customer engagement across various industries. You will collaborate closely with your team members to ensure customer success.
You will drive innovation and guide customer transformations with excellent product knowledge and confidence.
In your daily work, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts and interact with clients' middle and top management levels.
- Implement subscription order management / customer engagement processes for Utilities, Professional Services, Public Sector, Hi-Tech, Telco Industries.
- Conduct show & tell workshops to demonstrate e2e customer service processes triggered by SOM / Customer engagement.
- Prepare business process design documents, functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts according to project requirements.
- Design and configure the Interaction Center for various processes such as managing Master Data, Products, Product Bundles, AVC, and Transactions for customer service processes.
- Configure the Interaction Center Web Client, Financial Customer Care, Customer Fact Sheet, Interaction Records, and Service Requests.
- Support knowledge sharing initiatives and identify training needs for strategic areas.
- Maintain consulting services definitions and deliver services to customers.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand business requirements, current solution landscapes, and propose new solutions and applications offering enhanced value from a customer perspective.
- Provide expert consulting services for customers and projects on SAP SOM/Customer Engagement solutions.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of total experience, including 3-4 years of experience in a lead SAP SOM/Customer Engagement/Customer Service Consultant role.
You should possess expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end customer service processes for cross-industry customers.
You are skilled in managing senior customers and internal stakeholders, analytical, self-motivated, and enjoy problem-solving.
If this sounds like you, do you also bring:
- In-depth knowledge of the cross-industry domain and experience working in Utilities, Telco, Professional Services industries.
- Experience implementing S/4HANA for SAP SOM/Customer Engagement solutions for cross-industry customers.
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of Customer Service processes, Subscription Order Management, Master Data model, Complex Products, Product Catalogue Design, Configuration, Advance Variant Configuration, Contract Management, Interaction Center Web Client, Financial Customer Care, Customer Fact Sheet.
- Deep understanding of SAP's S/4HANA SOM/CE solution and service offerings, including packaged solutions.
- Experience working with regulated/de-regulated market environments.
- Clear alignment and cooperation across client and SAP teams.
- Experience gathering requirements from customers, preparing business process design documents, configuring systems, and preparing functional specifications and project documentation.
- Innovation mindset identifying and developing new cross-customer topics.
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred but not required.
- Certification on SAP BRIM/Utilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
