About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional results in manufacturing excellence. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our customers succeed in their digital transformation journeys.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced consultant with a proven track record in SAP implementation projects, particularly in the discrete industries sector. You will be responsible for leading implementation/development projects, collaborating with development/supporting projects for new SAP developments, and providing thought leadership and resolving complex issues in escalated projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SAP's Discrete Industries customers with S/4 HANA implementation in the areas of S/4 HANA Sales (SD) & Materials Management (MM)
  • Help customers adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes, and implement optimized processes
  • Evaluate, map, and make proposals to align business processes & IT architecture to fit the customer's strategy
  • Review detailed-level business processes and corresponding mapping into the IT architecture
  • Collaborate with development/supporting projects for new SAP developments for the logistics Manufacturing industries projects when required
  • Provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects
  • Project Bid support - creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners
  • Closely cooperate with the global Manufacturing Industries Hub teams regarding knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics
  • Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI – when enhancing industry solutions and services
  • Support the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Manufacturing sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
  • Responsible for own capacity utilization/KPIs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree – Master's degree preferred but not required
  • Deep SAP Product Expertise S/4 HANA Logistics (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management)
  • Implementation experience in Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Service Management
  • Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & Manufacturing
  • Understanding of recent areas like Entitlement Management, Advance Available to Promise, Advance Variant Configuration & Variant Configuration
  • Experience in working with SAP FIORI applications
  • Deep implementation Experience in any one or more of manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense)
  • Experience in SAP Activate methodology
  • Experience in S/4 HANA Conversion Project along with Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) is preferred
  • Experience in Solution Manager is preferred
  • SAP certification in SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution is preferred
  • SAP certification in SAP S/4 Materials Management is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 12+ years consulting experience in SAP Manufacturing specifically in any one of the Discrete Industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech, Automotive and Aerospace & Defence)
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 End-to-End implementation project experience in customer-facing roles
  • Minimum 2 End-to-End S/4 HANA SD & MM Implementation project experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders within an organization
  • Has been in a team lead role on a major project and has provided mentoring/leadership to others
  • Nice to have functional (domain) experience in logistics function in manufacturing industry

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
