Job Title: Program Delivery Lead

Lead the execution of multiple technology programs and product implementations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP certification a plus).
  • 5–7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
