About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Project Manager to lead our AI projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of projects for different AI products within our portfolio using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • IT Service Management: Manage the IT service ticket management system, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Risk Management: Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear status reports to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Skills: Proven experience working within an Agile development environment, hands-on experience with IT service ticket management systems, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Personal Characteristics: Dynamic, engaging, self-reliant individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
