Job Role

This role involves managing day-to-day activities for Identity & Access Management Data Services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling data aggregated to Onecert, ensuring adherence to set processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage native Userdata on Onecert without any deviations in processes/procedures.
  • Perform regular monitoring to ensure data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved.
  • Refresh Userdata periodically, adhering to defined timelines.
  • Extract/Sourced Userlists, convert and Upload to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow escalation process to source Userlists.
  • Fulfill requests raised by stakeholders for sourcing Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request modifications.
  • Collaborate with external teams for sourcing Userlists.
  • Mitigate risk associated with IAM process and report it to The Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Sailpoint Certifications.
  • Excel VBA and Macros certifications.
  • English language proficiency.
