Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Modeling: Design accurate, scalable, and efficient prediction algorithms using machine learning techniques to drive business improvements.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work with engineering teams to transition analytical prototypes into production systems, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Insight Development: Develop actionable insights to inform business strategy and drive growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Maintain and develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders, providing a clear and concise view of key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in quantitative analytics, data modeling, or applied machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering, classification techniques, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, with knowledge of C/C++/Java being a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with big data frameworks and cloud environments like Hadoop, Spark, GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
