About the Role

Job Overview

This is a hands-on position that provides leadership, vision and architectural direction for a team.

You will be working on several large-scale technology initiatives to revolutionize healthcare services and delivery systems in the US.

The focus of the work is to enhance market winning capabilities in the behavioral health and care solutions space.

The technology strategy is fully aligned with business goals resulting in opportunities to influence various directions including technology business direction, recruiting and mentoring employees and selecting vendor resources.

This is a challenging position with visibility to senior levels who are motivated to see successful results.

The solution focuses on enabling change using latest technologies and development techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Provides leadership, vision and architectural direction for the team.
  • Leads the team in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Aligns engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and supports application requirements.
  • Plans and implements procedures to maximize efficiency for application integration technologies.
  • Identifies opportunities and drives process improvements.
  • Takes accountability for technology assets owned by the team.
QualificationsRequired Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong influencing negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Cobol, C, Java or similar languages.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and practices Agile Scrum etc.
  • Strong knowledge of system analysis architecture and design.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience leading managing technical teams with a passion for developing talent within the team.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to AWS.
  • SQL Healthcare experience.
