  • We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Palantir Foundry systems.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design, develop, and implement Palantir Foundry systems from the ground up, leveraging expertise in AWS cloud services, Python programming, and PySpark.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading large technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
  • Expertise in Palantir Foundry system design and implementation, including architecture, development, and deployment.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services, Python programming, and PySpark, with experience in utilizing these technologies to support development and deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
