Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

The primary role of this position is to provide technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform. This involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of technical requirements are captured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing requirements received from business process leads and key stakeholders to deliver required technical solutions
  • Providing technical support for the D365 F&O platform, including understanding business needs, determining best technical solutions, and leveraging default D365 capabilities to align with strategic objectives
  • Supporting testing activities and training end-users as required
  • Assisting with integration of D365 F&O and CE with custom / third-party applications as needed
  • Maintaining, managing, and supporting the D365 application post-implementation
  • Managing version control for custom code, builds, releases, and deployment
  • Working closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions
  • Developing quality documentation as per industry standards
  • Managing and maintaining security roles and user access management
  • Supporting DRA, printer, and scanner-related requirements
  • Creating, managing, and maintaining workflows
  • Creating, managing, managing, and monitoring batch jobs
