We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our backend systems.

Your primary focus will be on building high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot, designed to scale and ensure uptime. You will also work closely with DevOps to ensure production readiness with robust monitoring and alerting practices on AWS.

In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for a leader who can mentor and guide engineers, conduct design reviews, and manage technical debt effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of backend experience, with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot
  • Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and more
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning
