The estimated salary for this position is ₹2,40,000 per annum, along with additional benefits and incentives.

Job Description:
Role Overview:
This role involves presenting the company's products in a favorable light to potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leads, generating prospects, and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present the company's scooters in an attractive manner to showcase their features and benefits.
- Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales.
- Conduct test rides and address customer queries related to scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, finance options, and other relevant information.

KPIs:
The performance of the sales representative will be evaluated based on the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Percentage of Test Ride (TR) completion from scheduled TR
- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
- Process adherence, with no deviation from established processes or SOPs
- Providing excellent customer experience with no negative feedback from customers
- CX rating

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in automobile sales
Notice Period: Immediate - 10 days
Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma
Note: Preference will be given to candidates with sales expertise in automobiles, having worked in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, or banking. Additionally, they should have a valid driving license and good communication skills.
