
Business Development Marketing Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst and Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the entire marketing cycle, from generating leads and running campaigns to analyzing performance and supporting sales with actionable insights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships. Research and qualify leads using CRM, industry databases, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Marketing Execution: Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels. Create engaging marketing content and manage brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights: Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and market trends.
- Sales & Business Support: Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Support pre-sales activities and nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and targeted communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Less than 2 years or 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
