Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to spearhead our user acquisition efforts.

This role will be responsible for setting up and optimizing campaigns on various ad platforms, driving business growth through data-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user acquisition, preferably in mobile games, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

  • Strong data analysis skills and experience working in a metrics-driven role, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Practical knowledge of tracking technologies, methods, and user acquisition KPIs, with experience using tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to optimize budgets to achieve desired results, with a strong understanding of ROI, ROAS, and projected LTV.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail, with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in math, marketing, or finance.
