As an Expansion Expert, you will be responsible for driving user growth - from initial contact to active utilization. This entails being present in the trading communities, building genuine relationships, and fostering a community around our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming an integral part of key platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Telegram
  • Driving user acquisition through personalized outreach and demos
  • Developing strategic partnerships with trading institutes, broker offices, and educational platforms
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding for new users, guaranteeing they understand and effectively utilize the product
  • Cultivating a community for knowledge sharing and engagement
  • Designing and executing growth experiments to test acquisition channels and measure results
  • Overseeing key metrics for user acquisition and activation targets
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem
  • Proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results
  • Experience in building or managing communities with a strong membership base (over 1000 members)
  • Comfort with both digital and in-person engagement
  • Able to conduct effective product demonstrations
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in growth metrics
