Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough call audits to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess inbound and outbound calls for adherence to quality standards and compliance.
  • Deliver actionable feedback and recommendations to advisors to enhance their conversation skills.

Trends in advisor productivity will be identified through analysis of the results. The training team will collaborate on coaching programs based on audit findings. Quality guidelines and performance criteria will also be updated accordingly.

Requirements key to success include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience 3+ years as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes in high-ticket sales environments and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills, as well as effective communication and feedback delivery.
  • Proficiency in using call monitoring tools and CRM software is required.

Knowledge of EdTech industry standards is advantageous.
