Project Architect Role


Leads a team of experts in the design and execution of construction projects, from pre-design to final delivery. Ensures compliance with statutory requirements, project design concepts, and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage and coordinate workload of team members, provide leadership, and facilitate communication among team members and clients.
2) Ensure all design deliverables meet internal and external project requirements, including time, budget, and scope.
3) Continuously monitor project documentation and compliance with client requirements as outlined in contract.
4) Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate, and resolve project-related issues.
5) Foster strong presentation, client engagement, team building, organizational, and communication skills among team members.
