  • Architect, design, and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using C#, .

Net, Angular, and AWS.

  • Serve as a 70% Individual Contributor, leading by example with hands-on coding, designing, and reviewing.
  • Define and implement best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring efficient cloud adoption and cost-effectiveness on AWS.
  • Guide and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks to enhance product capabilities.
  • Lead code reviews, architecture reviews, and system design discussions.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices across all solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 17-25 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Expertise in C#, .

Net Core, Angular, and AWS with a proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions.

  • Strong experience in Microservices architecture, Cloud-Native development, and Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with highly scalable, distributed systems and modern engineering practices.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud security, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in Event-Driven Architectures, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Serverless Computing.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, Big Data, or IoT architectures is a plus.
  • Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
