Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Architect with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design process from concept to execution, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and regulatory compliance across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the architectural design of large-scale high-rise residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders including developers, engineers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Ensure architectural plans meet all local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure holistic and integrated designs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture (B.Arch M.Arch).
  • 20+ years of experience in architecture, particularly in real estate.
  • Extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and approval processes.

Proficient in architectural tools such as:

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • SketchUp
  • 3ds Max
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and project management skills.
