Business Development Manager Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team of BDOs and PAMs in driving CASA business targets across branches. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their expertise and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of BDOs and PAMs to achieve sales targets and ensure team productivity, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive CASA business targets across branches, utilizing data analysis and market research to inform decision-making.
  3. Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to improve team results, leveraging metrics and benchmarks to drive improvement.
  4. Foster a collaborative and result-oriented team environment, promoting open communication and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader with a proven track record of success, demonstrating leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams, empowering individuals to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, driving collaboration and consensus.
