Job Description
As a financial administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of an organization. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funds are available to meet business needs
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Maintain accurate records in financial management systems
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting and financial functions
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
