Job Summary

As a Master Data Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day MDM operations, including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment. You will also lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues and improve workflows.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day MDM operations, including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment.
  • Oversee data governance practices to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex data issues and improve workflows.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvements in MDM processes to enhance data accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to master data quality and operational success.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is required. 7-8 years of experience with enterprise applications like SAP, Oracle, and proven experience in Customer Master data management and data governance is also required.

A solid understanding of SAP ECC and proven experience in data implementation/integration projects is preferred. Additionally, expertise in master data management processes and data governance is a must-have skill.

  • Master data knowledge in Customer Master domain (Material and Production Master knowledge is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, GxP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills focused on improving data accuracy and quality.
