Master Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Master Data Governance Specialist to lead our master data management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality data across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data governance strategies that align with business objectives;
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate master data across different systems and platforms;
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to support business decisions;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; A Master's degree is preferred;
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
- Proven leadership and team management skills;
- Strong strategic planning and project management abilities;
- In-depth understanding of data governance and data quality principles;
