We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to lead our social media initiatives at Redrob, the cutting-edge AI platform developed by McKinley Rice.

The ideal candidate will create and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with our marketing goals, engaging our audience across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a self-starter attitude, given the independent nature of the position within our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives
  • Conducting audience research to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and user personas
  • Generating and overseeing engaging content ideas tailored to platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content
  • Scheduling and managing content publication across various platforms
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Engaging with followers, managing online reputation, and fostering community growth
  • Staying informed on social media trends and integrating best practices

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media strategy within creative or social media agencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to present ideas effectively
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) at an intermediate level
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications include experience with social media analytics and reporting tools, strong understanding of audience personas, content strategy, and community engagement, demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially in design and marketing, interest in using AI and automation tools for efficient execution, and experience working with D2C brands.
