Job Overview:

The Technology Support Services Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise-level infrastructure support across hybrid environments.

This includes overseeing the management and support of server operating systems, such as Linux and Windows, in critical environments. Additionally, the role involves administering and troubleshooting networking infrastructure with a strong understanding of protocols and security.

The Technology Support Services Lead will be responsible for implementing and maintaining enterprise storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and backup solutions, as well as overseeing virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V for efficient infrastructure performance.

Supporting and managing public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, is also a key aspect of this role. The individual will set up and maintain system monitoring and alerting tools, automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, and Python scripting, and manage collaboration and communication tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Teams.

Furthermore, the Technology Support Services Lead will provide basic administration and support for databases, guide L2 and L3 support teams, and serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Coordination with DevOps, security, and cloud teams is required to ensure high availability and system reliability.
