About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and creating engaging content for various touchpoints.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • Create visually appealing social media creatives, including static images, carousels, reels thumbnails, and stories.
  • Design digital ad campaigns for Google, Meta, and WhatsApp platforms.
  • Develop offline collateral, such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Collaborate with content and video teams to develop storytelling-driven visual assets.
  • Design internal posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, and culture-promoting assets.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to visually communicate policies, updates, and initiatives.
  • Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.

">Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital (RGB, social ratios) and print (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Awareness of generative AI (GenAI) tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured marketing environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
  • Interest in the automobile sector or retail marketing is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow.
