About the Role:

This position involves developing and executing cohesive visual identities for multiple brands and campaigns. You will lead creative brainstorming sessions, drive innovative ideas for various mediums, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual strategies for multiple brands and campaigns
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and drive innovative ideas for print, digital, outdoor, film, and more
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft engaging brand experiences
  • Mentor junior designers and visualisers to deliver exceptional work
  • Translate marketing objectives into impactful creative executions
  • Review and refine creative output to ensure high standards and client satisfaction
  • Present ideas and designs confidently to stakeholders and clients
  • Stay current with design trends and adapt them to fit our unique brand voice
  • Balance consistency across multiple projects while pushing creative boundaries
  • Manage timelines, delegate tasks, and deliver creative assets on time

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in mainline advertising (not limited to digital-only or events)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across formats (ATL, BTL, integrated campaigns)
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to think strategically and contribute to ideation
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Good sense of humour and can-do attitude
